Brief Summary: Background: In children with >120 rare diseases, haematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) provides a medical "reset" for the body, replacing diseased or dysfunctional bone marrow with healthy donor-derived stem cells following high-dose chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy.
