Brief Summary: The goal of this clinical trial is to assess the feasibility, safety, and tolerance of MRI-guided High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) for the treatment of drug-resistant focal epilepsy in adult patients with MRI-visible brain lesions.
