Brief Summary: This study aims to assess medication adherence and the appropriateness of prescribed medications among patients admitted to the Coronary Care Unit (CCU). The study will use the Medication Appropriateness Index (MAI) to evaluate the suitability of prescribed medications and the Beliefs about Medicines Questionnaire (BMQ) to assess patients' beliefs and perceptions regarding their medications.
