Brief Summary: This prospective, multicenter, open-label, single-group exploratory clinical trial evaluates the clinical effectiveness of extended electrocardiographic monitoring with MEMO Patch Plus for detecting clinically significant arrhythmias in adult patients hospitalized with acute heart failure.
