U.S., Oct. 9 -- ClinicalTrials.gov registry received information related to the study (NCT07866560) titled 'AKI and Delirium Risk Prediction and Cost Burden Study' on Sept. 15.
Brief Summary: The goal of this study is to learn how to better predict two common health problems that can happen during a hospital stay: acute kidney injury (AKI) and delirium. AKI is a sudden decline in kidney function. Delirium is a sudden change in thinking or awareness that can cause confusion.
