Brief Summary: This study aims to evaluate the effects of a 12-week high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program with active versus passive recovery on physical performance, anthropometric characteristics, cardiometabolic parameters, and inflammatory markers in children with overweight or obesity. Participants will be randomly assigned to a HIIT group with active recovery, a HIIT group with passive recovery, or a non-exercise control group.
