Brief Summary: This is a randomized, triple-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial evaluating the effects of the Ancestral Supplements Grass Fed Beef Liver oral supplement on energy, mood, and mental clarity over 12 weeks. One hundred male and female participants aged 18-50 who report concerns regarding energy levels, mood, and mental clarity will be enrolled and randomized equally into an intervention arm (beef liver supplement) or a placebo arm.
