Brief Summary: This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, single-ascending-dose study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and pharmacodynamics of SAL0195 injection in participants with or without elevated lipoprotein(a) [Lp(a)].
