Brief Summary: BTK inhibitors and BCL-2 inhibitors have demonstrated significant clinical activity in mature B-cell malignancies, and combination therapy may provide improved clinical benefit. This is a multi-center, open-label, single-arm Phase Ib/II clinical study.
