Brief Summary: The goal of this clinical trial is to explore the effects of intermittent theta burst stimulation (iTBS) primed with theta burst stimulation (cTBS), on top of aerobic exercise, on cognitive function, mobility, and brain activity in older adults with cognitive frailty.
