Brief Summary: This is a FIH, randomized, double-blind, single-center, placebo-controlled, dose -escalation clinical study to evaluate the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics of ENC0653 ointment following single and multiple topical dermal administration in healthy adult subjects.
