India, June 15 -- Historical health indicators show that life expectancy in China has undergone a massive upward shift between 1960 and 2023.
Early Decades of Growth
Initial data from 1960 recorded female life expectancy at 34.858 years and male expectancy at 32.166 years. By 1970, these values increased to 58.779 for women and 54.941 for men. This period established a foundation for continued health improvements across the country.
Achieving Modern Milestones
Longevity maintained a consistent trajectory through the late twentieth century.
