India, Oct. 26 -- Actor Amitabh Bachchan posted a health update on his Tumblr account after earlier announcing a break from his usual social media updates on medical advice to take strict rest and recuperate.

Bachchan wrote, “Yet more rest needed .. adjusting .. thinking and wondering ..the human body and its uniqueness.” The update came after he had said he would pause his regular social media communication while recovering.

In an earlier post on X, Bachchan said he had been advised by a doctor to take a few days off to rest and recover, and apologised for being unable to write at the moment.
