Dehradun, 4 Sep: Dehradun's Premnagar area has become notorious for open violence on the streets and firing incidents. In yet another incident late last night, a minor dispute between two groups in Kehri village under Premnagar police station escalated into a violent clash on the main highway, leaving several people injured and exposing serious questions over law and order in the area. Within minutes, the quarrel turned into a street battle as both sides attacked each other with sticks, rods, bricks and stones.
