Please refer to the very wise write up on page 4 of GP date 13 March 2026 regarding comments by a sitting MLA. I would also like to bring to the memory of the readers my own write up in GP dated 27 Feb 2025 regarding expanding the scope of UCC by including the aspect of legalising the act of 'Proliferation by Prolification'. Which simply means 'Family Planning'.
