UPCL officials engage with consumers to dispel myths about smart meters

Mussoorie, 12 Jul: Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited (UPCL) has launched a special public outreach campaign in Mussoorie with the aim of establishing direct dialogue with electricity consumers, resolving their issues, and assessing the actual status of power services.
Acting on the instructions of Managing Director PC Dhyani, senior officials from the corporate headquarters visited various areas of the town to meet consumers and gather detailed information regarding power supply, grievances, and future plans.
