Dehradun, 16 Sep: On his birthday, today, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami participated in a "Yuva Sankalp Diwas" programme organised at Rangers Ground here. Expressing gratitude to the youth of the state for celebrating his birthday as Yuva Sankalp Diwas, he said that being amidst the energy and enthusiasm of young people is the greatest gift for him. He added that in their eyes he can see the vision of a developed and self-reliant Uttarakhand. On this occasion, he also viewed a photo exhibition at the venue.
