Mussoorie, Oct. 21 -- Reaching the hospital has become a major challenge for patients in need of emergency care in Mussoorie. Traffic flow on Civil Road-the route leading to the Sub-District Hospital-is severely hampered by haphazardly parked vehicles, frequent traffic jams, and a dumping zone located along the roadside. The situation is so dire that even '108' emergency ambulances, transporting patients, struggle to navigate the road. Local residents fear that, if the situation is not rectified promptly, these traffic jams could prove fatal for a patient.
