Dehradun, 21 Jun: On the occasion of the 12th International Yoga Day, Shri Krishna Yogpeetham - SKY Foundation, Dehradun, under the leadership of its founder Yoga Guru Krishna Avatar, organised large-scale yoga practice sessions in collaboration with various social, educational, and professional institutions. Conducted in accordance with the Common Yoga Protocol issued by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, these sessions included warm-up exercises, yoga postures (asanas), pranayama, and meditation, promoting awareness about health and well-being across society.
