Dehradun, 22 Jun: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) Centre, Dehradun, has forecast continued rainfall activity across Uttarakhand's hill districts over the next several days, while the plains of Haridwar and Udham Singh Nagar are expected to remain largely dry. The forecast, issued this afternoon, indicates light to moderate rain accompanied by thunderstorms at isolated to scattered locations in most hill districts till 28 June.
According to the latest seven-day district-level weather forecast, rain activity is likely to persist in the state's mountainous regions from 23 June onwards, with districts such as Uttarkashi, Rudraprayag, Chamoli, Bageshwar and Pithoragarh expected to receive ligh...
