Srinagar (Garhwal), 19 Aug: The Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University administration has made significant changes to make the administrative functioning of the Birla Campus more effective and systematic. Professor HBS Chauhan of the University's Department of Anthropology has been appointed Director of the Birla Campus. An office order was issued by the University Registrar on August 19, 2026, in this regard.
