Dehradun, 4 Jun: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on 3 June between the ICAR-Indian Institute of Soil and Water Conservation (IISWC) and Spring and River Rejuvenation Authority (SARRA), Watershed Management Directorate, Government of Uttarakhand, for undertaking a consultancy project, titled "Prioritisation and Rejuvenation Planning of Selected Rivers (River Kamal Ganga, Purola)" under the One District-One River initiative of SARRA.The project aims to develop a comprehensive scientific framework for the rejuvenation of River Kamal Ganga in Purola Block of Uttarkashi district.
