Dehradun, 7 Oct: A complaint petition has been filed before the court on Wednesday by Advocate Pankaj Sundariyal, representing Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi, against Congress leader Pankaj Kshetri, in connection with the complaint filed by Kshetri before the Vigilance Court alleging possession of assets disproportionate to the minister's known sources of income.

Advocate Pankaj Sundariyal said that Pankaj Kshetri had submitted a false complaint and fabricated evidence before the court. He said the fresh complaint has been filed seeking registration of a case and legal action against Kshetri.
