Mussoorie, 20 Aug: Vice-President CP Radhakrishnan today addressed the Valedictory Programme of Phase-II training of the IAS Officer Trainees of the 2024 batch at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie.
