Haridwar, 17 Apr: For the successful conduct of the first phase (house listing and house enumeration) of 'Census - 2027' being organised by the Government of India, a three-day training programme was inaugurated today at the Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC) located at BHEL Haridwar. Organised under the direction of Ranjan Kumar, Executive Director, BHEL Haridwar, the Chief Guest, Sanjay Panwar, General Manager / Township Administrator and Charge Officer, ITS, BHEL Haridwar, inaugurated the programme by lighting the ceremonial lamp.
