Dehradun, July 17 -- BJP leader Ravindra Jugran stated today that, over the past one and a half decades, there has been a surge in illegal commercial construction within a radius of approximately four kilometres from Ghanta Ghar (Clock Tower) in Dehradun, particularly in residential colonies that are over 100 to 125 years old. He alleged that illegal commercial activities are being carried out openly in these residential areas, causing serious inconvenience to local residents.
