Dehradun, 3 Jul: Additional Chief Electoral Officer Vijay Kumar Jogdande held a detailed meeting with representatives of recognised national political parties at the Secretariat here today in connection with the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) in Uttarakhand. On this occasion, he appealed to the political parties to extend cooperation in the door-to-door verification campaign for voters placed under the 'uncollected category'. Jogdande stated that the SIR process is being conducted on the basis of 1 July 2026 as the qualifying date, with distribution and digitisation of enumeration forms scheduled between 8 June and 7 July.
