At Antara Dehradun, the answer unfolded over lunch and dinner today, as 'Himalayan Trails: A Culinary Journey Through the Himalayas' brought the flavours of Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Kumaon, Nepal and Sikkim to the table.
