Dehradun, 12 Aug: Dehradun's district administration has claimed that a significant initiative has been undertaken to make disaster management here more robust and effective under the guidance of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and the direction of District Magistrate Ashish Chauhan. The officials remind that to deal efficiently with heavy rainfall and other emergency situations, high-definition PTZ (Pan, Tilt and Zoom) cameras are being installed in sensitive disaster-prone areas and major tourist sites.
