ROORKEE (Haridwar), 13 May: Haridwar district was shaken by a gruesome incident in Roorkee where a man was found murdered inside a de-addiction centre. The victim's throat was allegedly slit with a sharp weapon and his blood-soaked body was discovered in the bathroom of the facility. The case falls under Civil Lines police station, and the police have taken the body into custody while launching a full investigation.
