Srinagar Garhwal, 16 Apr: Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (HNBGU), Srinagar (Garhwal), has issued the notification for admission to PhD programmes for the academic session 2025-26. According to the university administration, the online application process will commence from 17 April 2026, and interested candidates can apply till 1 May 2026 (11:55 p.m.). Applicants can submit their forms through the Samarth portal at https://hnbguadm.samarth.edu.in. The admit cards will be available for download from 12 May 2026, and the entrance examination will be conducted on 17 May 2026.
