Dehradun, 28 Jun: Uttarakhand Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi joined party workers to listen to the 135th edition of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's monthly radio programme, Mann Ki Baat, at the residence of Shakti Kendra Convener Nirmala Bhatt in Dakra, Garhi Cantt (Booth No. 136) of the Mussoorie Assembly constituency.
