Dehradun, 10 May: During his visit to Arunachal Pradesh, orthopaedic surgeon, author, road safety awareness advocate, and president of AIIMS Guwahati, Padma Shri awardee Prof Dr BKS Sanjay, paid a courtesy call on the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, Lt Gen KT Parnaik (Retd), at the Lok Bhavan there.
