Dehradun, Sept. 11 -- A thought-provoking public dialogue titled "Ground Realities: Policy, Need, Resources, Challenges & Solutions Through the Lens of the Marginalised" was organised at the Doon Library and Research Centre, here, jointly by the Centre and Saahas Foundation. The dialogue brought together perspectives from the development sector, rural communities and other sections of society whose lived experiences often remain outside mainstream policy discussions.
