DEHRADUN, 4 Jul: Uttarakhand Congress president Ganesh Godiyal on Saturday launched a sharp attack on Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami's five-year tenure and the BJP government's nine-and-a-half years in office. In a statement issued on Saturday, Godiyal described the government and the governance as directionless and anti-people. He said no chief minister or government can secure a place in history through hollow statements and advertisements, as history is always written by solid work on the ground.
