Dehradun, 15 Jun: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami today ploughed the field at his private residence in Nagla Tarai, Khatima, using a power tiller and also applied cow dung manure in the farm to convey a message of promoting organic and traditional farming. His mother Bishna Devi was also present during the activity.

While working in the field, the CM emphasised on the importance of farmers' labour and agricultural traditions. He said that the farming is not merely a means of livelihood but the soul of Indian culture and the rural economy. By combining modern technology with traditional and natural methods, agriculture can be made more prosperous and sustainable.
