Dehradun, 5 Aug: Chief Secretary Anand Bardhan today reviewed the progress of externally aided projects and took detailed stock of the completed, ongoing and proposed works. During the meeting, he also issued directions for their effective implementation. He emphasised that the focus under these projects should remain on strengthening infrastructure development across the state.
Bardhan also directed that closure reports of completed projects be mandatorily submitted to the funding agency, the Department of Economic Affairs in the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, and to the respective line departments of the Union Government.
