Kiccha, 16 Apr: Chief Secretary Anand Bardhan conducted a site inspection of the 280-bed satellite AIIMS under construction in Kichha on Thursday, which will cost Rs 351 crore. During the inspection, he directed the CPWD Engineer to expedite work by increasing the number of workers and equipment, and to complete the hospital by July.
