Dehradun, 22 Jun: The Dehradun district administration claims to have adopted a tough stance on swift and permanent resolution of public grievances. At the 'Samadhan Diwas' held today, District Magistrate (DM) Dr Ashish Chauhan directed that the areas from where repeated complaints are being received will be analysed through GIS mapping and accountability of officers concerned will be fixed. He instructed the NIC to prepare a GIS map by analysing data of the last ten Samadhan Diwas on a department-wise basis.
