Dehradun/Rudrapur, Aug. 31 -- Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has taken a firm stand on the alleged inflammatory speech delivered during the Julus-e-Mohammadi procession at Trishul Chowk. Speaking to the media at Lohiyahed helipad in Khatima before leaving for Champawat this morning, he said that Uttarakhand is governed by the rule of law and strict action will be taken against those indulging in provocative speeches in accordance with legal provisions.
