Dehradun, July 27 -- Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has accorded financial approval of Rs 62 crores for various development schemes and construction works across the state. Under the state sector, he sanctioned Rs 6.62 crores for land purchase towards construction of an 8 MLD sewerage treatment plant at Tapkeshwar Mahadev, Garhi Dakra Cantt in Dehradun, and approved Rs 41.37 crores for 21 projects funded by NABARD in Uttarakhand. For the forthcoming Kumbh Mela 2027, he sanctioned Rs 5.46 crores for barricading, Chakravyuh barriers and temporary fire watch towers, along with Rs 6.85 crores for eight temporary night shelters.
