Dehradun, 11 Sep: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami announced at a press conference at the Secretariat here, today, that a month-long 'Seva Sankalp' campaign will be organised across Uttarakhand from 17 September, the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, till 17 October. He said the campaign is being launched to connect citizens with the resolve of 'Viksit Bharat 2047' and to make service, public participation, dialogue and innovation the driving forces behind state-level development efforts.
