Dehradun, 2 Sep: BJP national vice-president Tirath Singh Rawat was accorded a grand welcome at the BJP State Headquarters here today and felicitated upon his appointment as the party's National Vice President in the presence of top party leaders including Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and BJP State President Mahendra Bhatt.
