Dehradun, 19 Aug: BJP state media in-charge Manveer Singh Chauhan today described the rejection of bail pleas of the accused in the Ankita Bhandari murder case by the Uttarakhand High Court as the outcome of solid prosecution and thorough investigation. He also added that the HC decision has also struck a blow to the misinformation campaign run by Congress.

Responding to questions from journalists here today, Chauhan said that ever since the accused were sent to jail on 25 September 2022, they have not been able to come out, which reflects the effectiveness of the prosecution.
