Mussoorie, 20 May: Responding to a nationwide call by the All India Organisation of Chemists and Druggists, all medical stores in Mussoorie remained closed on Wednesday. The closure of medicine shops caused immense inconvenience to local residents, patients, and tourists. In particular, the elderly, the sick, and tourists-who wished to procure their daily medications-were seen wandering from place to place throughout the day. Most medicine shops across Mussoorie's major markets-including Mall Road, Library Chowk, Kulri, Landour, and the Picture Palace area-remained completely shut.
