Monrovia, Sept. 11 -- SpoonTV CEO Stanton Witherspoon has offered a detailed account of how his decision to cooperate with U.S. federal investigators ultimately helped secure his release from prison after he was convicted in a multimillion-dollar scheme involving fraudulent nursing diplomas and transcripts.
