Liberia, April 7 -- The Manager of the National Road Fund, Mrs. Joseta Neufville-Wento, Manager of the National Road Fund of Liberia (NRF), is expected to participate as a speaker at the Africa Road Builders - Trophee BabacarNDIAYE Inaugural Conference 2026, scheduled for April 15-19, 2026, in Abidjan.

The high-level international conference, organized by Acturoutes in collaboration with the African Media Network for Finance and Infrastructure (MIFA) and in partnership with the African Development Bank (AfDB), will convene key stakeholders across Africa's infrastructure, transport, and financing sectors.
