The transition ceremony was held Wednesday, September 9 at the ECOWAS Resident Representation in Cote d'Ivoire, bringing together WAHO staff, representatives of the ECOWAS Resident Representation and the Inter-Governmental Action Group against Money Laundering in West Africa (GIABA).
