Monrovia, April 30 -- The Slipway Community in Montserrado County witnessed a significant milestone on Wednesday, April 29  as Ambassador for Climate Change Global and Chief Executive Officer(CEO)  of Rise, Stephene Audrey Kpoto, led the groundbreaking ceremony for a safe drinking water initiative aimed at improving access to clean water for residents.
