Liberia, Aug. 17 -- CESTOS, River Cess County - The River Cess County Sports Steering Committee has officially appointed an 11-member Kickball Technical Team to lead the county's preparations and participation in upcoming National County Sports Meet (NCSM).

The announcement was made by the Committee under the leadership of Chairman Togar Melvin Cephas.

The new team is expected to build a competitive, disciplined, and united kickball squad to represent River Cess County.

Emmanuel Weedee-Conway, who is also one of the game's most decorated administrators, was named Technical Director of the team.
